Hey! Who's Counting?

Okay, so this is very un-virgo like of me to publish a card in the incorrect order! Yes, I almost wanted to wait until I have finished the ones I am missing before I posted, and then I realised, hey, who's counting?

Plus I had a very good excuse to be behind this week: dental treatment! Although saying that, the appointment was fine and I have had no pain since, just another 2 appointments to worry about now!

So I used the basic 'recipe' over at 365 Cards:
5x5 card (solid colored card stock - may be smooth or textured)
4x4 patterned paper (you may alter the edges if you'd like)
1 shape (circle, square, star, heart, etc.) - must be solid color
3 jewels
alpha stickers

The 3 jewels are the dot over the I, the blue butterfly and the pink flower, the paper is American Crafts and the sentiment is foam letters. I think it also needed pink letters to fully set it off, but after scrambling through my alphabet tray I didn't have any.

Ooooh! Talking of alphabets, I got a set of Paper Mania alphabet stamps yesterday so hopefully after work today I can have a play with them on some of those challenges I've missed!

  12. Good for you for getting it done after dental work - good luck on the remaining appointments!

Your card came out so pretty, mine is leaving me kind of cold - but yours has a happy spring-ey vibe to it!
